ABOUT US
All American Baseball
What began with humble beginnings has grown into something far greater. From five teams to 50, from dirt fields to a state-of-the-art complex, and from year one to year twenty—All American continues to grow, and the focus remains unchanged: delivering a first-class experience rooted in development, integrity, and a genuine commitment to players and their families.
The goal was never just to form teams. The vision was to build something better for the baseball community—bringing training, teams, competition, and opportunity together under one roof. A place where players and families could develop, learn, and create lasting memories while playing America’s game. Because being an All American doesn’t end when the game does. It’s a mindset that lasts a lifetime.
Dan Ninemire
Dan Ninemire is the Founder and Owner of the All American Group, a growing organization that includes All American Events, Team All American, All American Baseball Training Centers in Trafford and Erie, UPMC All American Park, All American Softball, and the All American Steelheads.
Dan played a pivotal role in bringing travel baseball to the region and helping shape what the modern tournament and development landscape looks like today.
A former collegiate player and coach, Dan spent significant time in Erie, Pennsylvania, playing at Gannon University and coaching at Mercyhurst College before joining the University of Pittsburgh staff as an assistant coach under Joe Jordano. It was during those years—coaching, recruiting, and seeing the gaps in player development—that the vision for All American was planted.
Moving Forward. Expanding Opportunity.
With over 20 years of building All American Baseball, Dan Ninemire brings proven experience in developing players, teams, and premier baseball facilities—including UPMC All American Park in Trafford, PA. Now, that same vision and standard is being applied to Mash Factory.
By building on a track record of success, Mash Factory is focused on elevating the player and team experience—providing the structure, resources, and environment needed to develop the game the right way.
Moving Forward. Expanding Opportunity.
The Rochester Seminoles have long been committed to developing players the right way—but like many programs, families were often left piecing together training, communication, and support without a clear, unified path.
By partnering with All American Baseball, the program now combines its trusted foundation with a proven development model built on structure, accountability, and long-term growth. The result is a more connected, intentional experience for players and families—designed to support development not just for the next season, but for the long run.
A Shared Vision for Development
Through years of coaching, recruiting, and evaluation at the collegiate level, Charlie Spano recognized the same gap Dan Ninemire had seen firsthand—talented players reaching the next level without the foundational training and habits required to succeed. Too often, development was rushed, fundamentals were overlooked, and players were left unprepared for the demands ahead.
While many dismissed the idea of building something different in Erie, Dan believed the region deserved access to elite development without forcing families to look elsewhere. When their perspectives aligned, the vision became clear: bring a proven, intentional development model to the area—one built on fundamentals, accountability, and long-term growth—so players could train at a high level close to home.
That shared belief now drives everything within the All American program, shaping a development pathway designed to prepare athletes not just for the next level, but for sustained success beyond it.
